Vehicle Requirements
​​Our requirements for concrete cart rentals include:

Full-size half-ton or larger truck

A 2 5/16” ball receiver hitch is required for all trailers; bumper pulls are unacceptable

Current driver’s license

Current insurance card

Credit card to hold the cart

Two-hour time limit for trailer rental

Rental Terms
Rental Period
Trailer rental includes up to 2 hours from departure time.
Late Return Fees
Returns exceeding the allotted rental period may be subject to additional charges.
Please contact our team if delays occur.
Cleaning Requirements
Trailers must be returned clean and free of concrete buildup.
A cleaning fee of up to $100 may be assessed for trailers returned with excessive concrete residue.

Information

Trailer drum must remain rotating during transport.

Trailer cover must be returned with the trailer.

Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper operation.
Cleaning & Return Instructions
To keep our equipment in excellent condition for every customer, all concrete trailers must be returned clean and ready for the next rental.

Thoroughly rinse the trailer several times after use.
-
Leave approximately 15 gallons of clean water inside the trailer when returning it.

A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the trailer is not properly cleaned or if the water is not clean and clear.

Fuel Fee

All equipment is provided with fuel.

A $15 fuel fee will be charged if equipment is returned with an empty fuel tank.

Concrete Cart Requirements
When transporting the concrete cart, it must be allowed to rotate freely to prevent damage to the casters.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused by improper transport.

Replacement costs for damaged casters will be charged to the renter.

Rental Time Limits & Late Fees
Concrete trailer rentals include up to 2 hours of use.

Additional time: $25 per 15-minute increment
-
After 1 hour overdue: $50 per 15-minute increment
-
After-hours returns: $25 per minute to cover additional labor and service time
Please plan accordingly to avoid additional charges.
